福 Fú
An upcycled wooden sign, laser engraved with the word "福". A simple Lunar New Year decoration that can be reused!
The character Fú meaning "fortune" or "good luck" is represented both as a Chinese ideograph and, at times, pictorially, in one of its homophonous forms. Therefore, the phrase "upside-down Fú" sounds nearly identical to the phrase "Good luck arrives".
